I just got my third xbox 360 from the repair shop and out of the box it gave me 1 red light and said ERROR CODE E74. So I looked it up and I found out E74 means audio/video. Well I don’t think it’s the cable so I’m pretty sure I’ll have to send it in AGAIN. I can get it to work but i have to turn it on and off like 5 times before it turns on, the it freezes in the middle of games. My console is out of the original full coverage warranty, but do you think microsoft will fix it for free? Because if they don’t I’m fucking ditching my stupid fucking retarded xbox and buying a fucking PS3. I’m sick and tired of Microsoft’s shit fucking service service and shit fucking repairs.
and no this isn’t a joke, I have actually sent in 2 broken 360s and im fixing to send in a third one. My gamertag is ODST Phantom if you want it, and as you can see my gamerscore is quite large. I’ve been loyal to Microsoft. But if they try to make me pay to fix something they broke, it’s over.
You shouldn’t have to pay, repairs are suppose to be warrantied for 90 days. So if you just received it back from them and it doesn’t work ( we have received defective a xbox from a repair request twice, really sucks, but if you complain nicely they will give you a free game for your trouble) it would be covered.
