Should I buy an Xbox 360 (Premium/pro)
I want to buy an xbox 360 with the 20gb hard drive. I really fancy some of the games you can buy exclusively for the console. But, I already have a wii. Should I still buy the xbox 360 anyway. And, should i keep or sell the wii……..
Buy the 360. The Wii and 360 are very different machines and you’ll find different things to like about it than the Wii. Keep both machines.
There’s a 60GB model out now that says Go Pro on the box and it’s the same price as the 20GB one. Get that one

Xbox 360 – Gaming Redefined
The concept of xbox 360 was conceived by Microsoft in early 2003 and conceptualized in co-operation with IBM, ATI and SIS. This is a second video game console and the system allows the players to download Arcade games, demos, trailers, TV shows and movies.
The system was launched in Nov 2005 in three major regions – Europe, Japan and USA. The demand was stupendous and was sold out completely within a short span of its release. The gaming console competes with Sony Playstation 3 and Nintendo`s WII as part of seventh generation video game console.
There are three versions of Xbox 360: Arcade, Premium and Elite. Each version is backed by its own set of features, accessories and technology like wireless controller, re-chargable battery case, snazzy face plates incase the standard plain surface becomes too boring. Generally all three include hybrid, composite and component cable, a detachable 20GB hard disc drive which comes with game demos, video clips, and a free Live Arcade game.
Initially it started with the code name Xenon motherboard and subsequently re-engineered to Zephyr.The latest upgradation is a Falcon motherboard with an improved GPU heat sink. Right now the production unit is working on the next hardware refresh – GPU + CPU on the same BGA package.
The Xbox live arcade is a service that offers much more than simply downloading video games! The console actually throws up new original games, such as Assault Heroes other than the previous ones like MS Pac-Man.The Xbox video market place is an exclusive video store which can be assessed through the console. My friend offer me a chance to buy his old xbox 360 because he just got an elite. He said he would like $175 for it. It comes with:

- 20GB hard drive
- wireless controller
- component/HD av cables
- Ethernet cable
- power brick and cord
- instruction manuals
- original box
I was wondering if you guys though 175 was a fair price considering I dont know a ton about xbox 360‘s used pricing.
Id take it. thats a decent deal with a HD. Also if it breaks you can just go to a target and buy a new one, then return it with your broken one in the box. They dont scan serial numbers. I’ve done it twice. lol
