OK Basically I heard that you can download 360 themes from Xbox live, but you have to pay, i googled to see if i could download free thems from the internet, And i found lots, But none of them said how to put them on your 360?

Yes you can download themes from xbox live, most of them you have to pay for, some are free, ive downloaded quite a few themes for free and some of them are good too, like the gta4 or cod4 ones. I dont know if downloading themes fromt he internet work and if they do work im not sure how you would get them on to your 360… You can also put your own pictures as your theme, aslong as you have a usb memory unit to transfer a pic that you want from your pc to your 360 then you can find it in pictures folder and set it as your background picture its pretty cool.

You can’t, the only free ones (or any other) are only available via Xbox Live – you can’t actually download anything else to it from anywhere else!
